Our approach
Whether it’s a leaking valve behind the washing machine or a full gas boiler install, we survey first, quote in writing, and then turn up with the exact parts and a dust sheet. Most of our work comes from the same few postcodes — it’s how the diary has filled for years.
About Nexa
Nexa Climate Install began as a duo fixing burst pipes for neighbours on one estate, and it grew because those neighbours kept passing on our number. Today the vans carry more boilers and cylinders, but the two things that earned that early trust have not changed: you get a written price before we touch a fitting, and the engineer who surveys the job is the one who installs it.
Our installers are Gas Safe registered for gas work and hold the warranties for the steel and copper pipework we run. We plan the route to each job around visible, accessible runs, aiming to keep chases and hidden fixings to a minimum. For replacements we lift the old tank or boiler out wholesale, so you’re not paying extra for us to stumble halfway through.
We've come to specialise in fitting new cylinders and connectors in tight airing cupboards, which is a steady request from landlords converting their rental stock. We also hold common approved parts on the van so a call out for a leak around the hot water cylinder is often fixed in the same visit, not booked for a second trip the way some firms like to do it.
When we finish, the loft hatch is closed, the herringbone floorboards are made good, and the packaging goes away in the van for recycling. Our site is our name, and that’s the only thing that has kept work knocking on the door year after year.
